The Technique Audi R8 brick set consists of 678 pieces and includes a pullback motor mechanism that launches the vehicle.
This kit is made up of good quality components and instructions resulting in a well-assembled, working car.
It has a rear engine, the doors open and the mirrors adjust. Wheels are fully functional and the pullback motor allows for the car to be pushed or pulled back and let go to launch.
The kit comes with mage wheels and rubber tires.
Once assembled the Audi R8 measures 26cm long, 13cm wide and 7.5cm tall.
In comparison, the cheaper Lego car kits sit at under 300 bricks and are around 15cm long while the more expensive kits have approximately 800 bricks and are roughly 32cm long.
While this is a complete kit and comes with a step-by-step detailed assembly guide, it is compatible with other lego and brick sets so you swap out parts as you wish.
