How Do I Track My Order?
Upon finalising your order and payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming product(s), shipping and total price. Once order has been shipped status will change from processing to completed. At this stage an email will be sent with tracking information. Lastly you will receive an email when order is out for delivery and a final tracking email once delivered. Existing and previous order statuses can be checked by logging into your order dashboard.
Do I Need A Account To Place an Order?
When you place an order, an account will be created for you, and your account details will be used for future orders with us.
This enables you to log in and check any order details and status.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Depending on product size and destination we offer various options from free, standard, express, and international.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We try to get orders out quickly with many customers receiving their items within a few days. Shipping will vary on how busy we are and your distance from Melbourne – taking 1-8 days.
Please note that all shipping estimates will depend on freight providers and have a processing time added. If speed is of the essence please consider the express option as this will also reduce our in-house picking and QC time.

This will affect emulated systems and the number of games it can render smoothly. Controller type and compatibility along with software will affect your gaming experience.
Are your gaming consoles suitable for Children?
Retro gaming consoles are great for kids since they offer simple gameplay with minimal violence, have no internet or in-app purchases, and help develop problem-solving skills and coordination.
Depending on the console, and the number of titles included, there is a chance you might find some games unsuitable and as such we do ask that you screen this first depending on age and target user.
Is it compatible with modern televisions?
Yes – modern TVs can run retro game emulation through HDMI. You’ll just need to ensure your chosen console has HDMI output. Be sure to enable your TV’s “Game Mode” for best results and keep in mind that retro gaming ran at 240-480P on a 4:3 ratio screen so pixelation will be present and if no ratio feature you can expect picture stretching on a 16:9 screen.
Do all games function properly?
You should be able to play most games like they were intended. That said due to the large amount of titles, your hardware, and the nature of emulation, there is a chance that there will be signs of lag or different button layouts on some games depending on the console and emulator used.
Are games included and can I add my own?
Yes – most consoles will include games. Adding games is possible on most of our consoles, however, ease will vary depending on each console. Handhelds are relatively straightforward, while HDMI sticks and Pandora boxes are more locked down making it tricky.
How about Warranty and availability?
We hold stock and offer support out of Melbourne with most products having a 12-month warranty, so if you have issues we are here to help irrespective of the purchase date.
