We take pride in our swift order fulfillment process. Most orders are processed and shipped promptly, though we reserve up to 3 business days for handling during peak periods.

Delivery Times

While we ensure quick processing on our end, please be aware that actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

Once your order is picked up by our shipping partner, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery’s progress. While we cannot control carrier delays, we’re here to assist with any shipping-related queries.

MiniBeast

MiniBeast stands purchased on their own are sent via Courier tracked by Sendle.

MiniBeast arcade machines or bundled with a stand are sent using Road Express and take 4-7 business days for interstate metro.

Please allow 7 days for Regional.

VIC is usually up-to 2 days

Where we ship

We currently ship all products Australia-wide. International shipping is offered for select products and destinations. Should your desired product not ship to your location, please reach out to us first so that we can review it further.

Shipping fees and estimates

Depending on parcel size and destination, in general, shipping fees within Australia can range between AUD$8 – $36.

Within Australia, we use a combination of Couriers and Australia Post to send products quickly and safely. This usually takes between 1-3 days depending on the distance from our HQ in Melbourne’s South East. Non-Metro areas may take longer. Please keep in mind that while all efforts are made for a speedy dispatch and delivery service, we cannot control delivery providers.

In order to gain a clearer estimate of what chosen products will cost to deliver both locally and internationally, please add products to your cart along with postcode on the cart/basket page. Simply add desired products to your cart and click on the bag in the top right-hand corner to access this from anywhere on our website.

Free shipping

From time to time we offer free shipping promotions within Australia in which case Electro Arcade will select the optimal delivery method. Customers are also free to opt for other paid shipping methods. We always try our hardest to work with shipping providers that deliver quickly and safely.

In many cases should you purchase a large unit we should be able to bundle shipping with smaller handheld consoles for little to no additional shipping fees. Please reach out to us and we can review and refund full or partial shipping fees where we can.

Handling time

While orders can go out the same day, we allow a handling time of up to 3 business days. So if you purchase on Friday it’s likely your item will be shipped by Tuesday at the latest.

How long till I get my order?

While many customers have received their items within 1-3 days, the general spiel is that unless you live in a remote area, orders take 2-7 business days to arrive at your destination, and remote areas may take a little longer.

During the checkout process, we will confirm shipping costs and provide a travel estimate which takes affect once items have been picked up by the courier or lodged at Post Office.

Tracking information

Unless otherwise stated, all our orders are trackable. Tracking information will be sent to your provided email address once the order has been dispatched.

Who do we use to ship with?

Our preferred method of shipping is via Courier as it provides a faster, more efficient method with greater care for your purchased items.

Depending on your location we may need to use Australia Post in order to reach you. We may also use Australia Post Express to expedite your item.

Christmas 2024 delivery cut-off dates

Please note while our freight partners are quite efficient most times, these cutoff dates are provided to us and we are unable to forecast any unexpected delays, nor guarantee packages will arrive in the proposed timeframe.

In most cases we use Sendle Couriers, however, do offer Australia Post Express as well as Star Track. Please check the below as a guide only.

Thankfully we usually only use Standard Australia Post Parcels for remote locations and PO Boxes. If using Standard Australia Post Parcel we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
