Arcade machine FAQs
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, anywhere in Australia, by road express from our Melbourne warehouse. Cabinets like the MiniBeast and MegaBeast travel in a timber crate, and the Arcade+ Shooter ships in two well-padded boxes. Delivery is quoted at checkout from your postcode.
Can I pick up in Melbourne?
Yes, from our Clayton warehouse. Just get in touch first to book a time. Bring a ute or van and crated machines stay in their crate; in a smaller vehicle we’ll unpack it and wrap it for you. The full-size MegaBeast needs a ute.
How much setup is involved?
Very little. Bartops arrive fully assembled, so you just plug in and play. The MegaBeast and Arcade+ Shooter just need the control panel and a few cables connected, and stands take about an hour with a screwdriver. TV consoles only need HDMI and power.
Which machine is right for my space?
Think about where it’ll live and who’s playing. A bartop suits a bar, desk or smaller room. A light gun pedestal brings arcade shooters to your own TV. A full-size upright becomes the centrepiece of a games room or man cave.
What games come with it?
Thousands of classics, from 80s arcade favourites to fighters, shooters and racers, all loaded and ready to play from the menu. No downloads, no subscriptions.
Can I save my progress?
On most games, yes. Save your spot and pick up right where you left off. It works on most titles, but not every single one.
What warranty and support do I get?
A 12-month Australian warranty. Our machines are built from modular arcade parts, so if a button or joystick ever plays up, we can usually send a replacement that clips straight in. We keep parts in Melbourne well after the warranty ends, so your machine keeps playing for years.
