International Orders

We recommend that international buyers pay using PayPal as it protects the buyer and seller. We appreciate your business and as part of fulfilling online orders will ensure we do our part to stop online fraud. As a standard, we will request that all international orders that are paid by card provide license identification showing their name and address in line with their order. All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of GST but do not include delivery unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Due to the nature of our business, price, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Please note that payment by direct deposit (internet banking) can take up to 48 hours to show up in our account. Orders are shipped once funds have cleared in our account.

• All products advertised do not include the cost for any installation, troubleshooting compatibility, or suitability to your needs. Please contact us pre-purchase with queries and/or concerns.
• As errors and omissions may occur, pricing, product information, and availability are not final until it has been confirmed by Electro Arcade Australia staff either by email or phone.
• Price matching/discounting is only at Electro Arcade’s discretion. As other competitors may not offer the same exact product, have stock, or offer the same warranty and service support as we do.

• Products purchased from Electro Arcade unless specifically stated in the listing are not intended for commercial use.

• Like most electrical items, unplugging unused items from the main power is recommended.

• Electrical products sold by Electro Arcade unless specifically stated in the listing are intended for adult use. Use, supervision, how much, and how often along with exposure to children under your supervision is up to your discretion.

• Electro Arcade invests a lot of time into product research, development, sourcing, testing, and support. We use varied software to achieve this. Any purchase covers labour, hardware, and related accessories. Any code or software that may come with your hardware purchase is not sold or licensed by Electro Arcade.

When receiving your product

Upon receiving your new product(s), please carefully inspect the condition of all contents
Due to our insurer’s requirements, any claim for damaged items MUST be reported to Electro Arcade by the close of business the next day after being received, any delay in doing so means we are unable to claim on freight insurance
Please click on the link provided once your items have been fulfilled in order to track delivery status. In most cases, if an item is undelivered the next step is to request an investigation with the freight provider. We usually wait for 1-3 days after ETA before doing so.
Please ensure you advise Electro Arcade immediately and request confirmation in order to ensure receipt
All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved
Please retain all materials and DO NOT damage them or the manufacturer’s packaging until any concerns are resolved

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Australia and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 which Electro Arcade abides by.
