Premium Components and finish
Full premium vinyl wrap & easy access
All surfaces are vinyl wrapped including the rear access door. The Control panel uses scratch-resistant printed vinyl. The rear door and control panel are hinged for easy access - both have locking mechanisms. The MiniBeast design has hidden hinges for the front panel - adding to the visual appeal without impacting functionality.
The rear door includes the LED switch, main power switch, a separate detachable power plug and USB ports for connecting optional gamepad/controllers for P1-P4 without the need to open the cabinet.
Underbody LED lights don't flash, they cycle and have their own on/off switch.
The top LED bezel has powder-coated aluminium edging enabling easy future artwork updates.
Sharp display
The display has been upgraded from a standard 17" LED to a 19" IPS. The picture and colour quality are richer, and more accurate while remaining crisp and clearer from the top, side or lower viewing angles experienced by kids. The screen maintains its clarity and is protected by tempered glass as opposed to standard perspex/ acrylic covers that scratch and blur easily.
Sound system
Audio upgrades include a smaller amp with volume, treble, and bass accessible from the front panel along with an on/off button giving you full audio control. Stereo speakers have also been upgraded to avoid crackling and deliver a deeper sound.
Quality controls
The joysticks and buttons are arcade quality. The buttons are full-size leaf style which feels and plays better than cheaper LED buttons.
Should the buttons ever fail the leaf switch can be replaced avoiding the need to match the same style or exact colour button. Joysticks are compatible with Sanwa components be it restrictor plate, bat tops or ball tops, and joystick shaft extensions.
Free play or Coin for extra nostalgia
Free play or your desired coin be it 20c, $1, $2 etc for that extra hit of nostalgia. MiniBeasts are set to Freeplay however you can switch to coin along with how many credits each coin gives you. Our coin mechanisms auto-adjust so by inserting say a 20c coin the mech adjusts itself and will then accept 20c coins.

The top marquee lights up just like you'd expect from an arcade machine. The colour-matched aluminium brackets are easily removed should you choose to change the marquee banner image in the future.
Oh did we mention the separate switch on the back? When you want that little bit more atmosphere, flick the switch and the colour strips will light up underneath the cabinet.
Like our other King of Retro consoles, it comes with everything you need, but in this case PLUS the TV! We haven't skimped with the 19" screen either and gone IPS instead of the standard LED meaning the picture and colour quality will be richer, more accurate and maintain a crisp and clear image from any angle. The 60Hz refresh rate means up to 60 frames per second which will exceed your retro gaming needs.

The MiniBeast comes in a quality finish with new tech and a compact design. Yes, you can now add a real arcade machine to your Man Cave or frankly any space without the downside of a huge unmovable cabinet.

Finish-wise, we use black t-moulding to maintain the elegant look, while the whole cabinet including the back is vinyl wrapped with the printed theme.
The print on the control panel is heavy-duty matt scratch-resistant - within reason of course.
The rear has an opening door that uses proper cabinetry hardware with a premium lock and 2 keys. The front control panel is on hidden locking hinges for easy access and internally the quality continues with pristine wiring practices - making this MiniBeast just as beautiful inside as it is on the outside.
There are no screws visible over or through the vinyl as we use metal brackets to reinforce from the inside.
The rear door houses a detachable power cord, and the on/off switch for the MiniBeast. It also has an independent switch for the underbody LED light strips. Last of all no need to open the door as you can connect the keyboard, gamepads etc to the gameboard via the external dual USB port.
