Modular Systems: Items requiring minor assembly are shipped in heavy-duty padded cardboard boxes. All shipments utilise high-density foam to prevent transit damage. We offer convenient door-to-door delivery Australia-wide.

Yes! You are welcome to collect your machine directly from our warehouse in Clayton, Victoria. To ensure a smooth handover, please reach out to us in advance to schedule a time.

For larger items, you have two main options:

Ute or Van: The machine can be picked up in its original protective wooden skid box for maximum security.

SUV or Back Seat: If you’re arriving in a smaller vehicle, we can remove the wooden crate and provide protective wrapping instead.

Note: While we help ensure the unit is wrapped, please take extra care when loading and unloading to protect the machine's finish and components.

Yes. Modern arcade boards like the Pandora Alpha+ include Save and Load State functionality, allowing you to pause a game and pick up exactly where you left off. Do keep in mind that while available on many titles due to emulation, this feature does not exist on 100% of games.

All our machines come with a 12-month Australian Warranty. Because our machines are modular, if a button or joystick ever fails, we can usually ship a replacement part that clips right in—no need to send the whole machine back to us!

Our relationship with our customers doesn't end at 12 months. Because our machines are built using modular, industry-standard arcade components, they are designed to be serviceable for a lifetime.
